Welcome to Melski’s Homemade Happiness!

We are a vegan, homestead bakery in southern New Hampshire. Everything is made-to-order by our CBO (Chief Baking Officer, of course) Melanie - a.k.a. Melski. The idea of Melski’s has been brewing in our heads for quite some time, so we are thrilled to finally launch this new home business and share our joyful bakes with you. We carefully crafted our menu to represent some of our favorite sweet treats from childhood, but vegan! That’s right: these delicious bites are all free of dairy, eggs, and honey.
