Refund policy
Cancellations
- You must pick up your order during your selected day and time block.
- We cannot accommodate those who show up early or on the wrong day
- No-shows cannot be refunded, credited, or honored a different day, so please be sure to double-check your pickup location, day, and time
- If you cancel your order 24 or more hours before your pick-up time, you will receive a 75% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup cannot be refunded. (Immediate cancellations for mistaken / erroneous orders will receive 100% refunds!)
- To cancel your order, email us at hello@melskis.com and we will take care of it.
- Should any inclement weather arise during your pickup, you will either be fully refunded or we will arrange for a different pickup day and time as close to the original one as possible (likely Saturday later in the day or Sunday).
Returns
Because baked goods are perishable items, we do not accept returns. If you have a concern about the quality of an item you have purchased, please contact us at hello@melskis.com and we will address the situation ASAP.
Refunds
After discussing your concern (see above), if a refund is approved you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at hello@melskis.com.
