GF Mini Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies
Gluten (and soy, and corn, and nut) free friends unite! We came up with a gluten free version of our oatmeal chocolate chip cookie that we think you'll really like. We tested them at different sizes, and found that our "mixed mini cookies" size is the best for these cuties. Roughly half the size of their adult counterparts, they are made with sprouted organic gluten-free rolled oats and the same allergen-free mini chips we use in our brownies. Each box comes with ten minis.
While our GF Mini Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies do not contain any wheat, and are always made first on baking days, we cannot guarantee that cross-contamination will not occur. Everything we make at Melski’s is made from our home kitchen, and just about all of our other offerings contain wheat. If you have a severe allergy to wheat, or any other major allergens, we strongly (and sadly need to) advise that you do not order from us.

Gluten free flour (sweet white rice flour, whole grain brown rice flour, potato starch, whole grain sorghum flour, tapioca flour, xanthan gum), sprouted organic gluten-free rolled oats, pure cane sugar, chocolate chips (cane sugar, unsweetened chocolate, cocoa butter), non-dairy butter [natural oil blend (palm fruit, canola oil, olive oil), water, contains less than 2% of salt, sunflower lecithin, pea protein, natural flavor, lactic acid (non-dairy), and naturally +extracted annatto (color)], water, pure organic maple syrup, baking powder, baking soda, ground cinnamon, pure vanilla extract [vanilla bean extractives in water, alcohol (35%)], iodized salt [salt, calcium silicate (an anti-caking agent), dextrose, potassium iodide]
These products are exempt from New Hampshire licensing and inspection.
